Joseph A. Gutierrez, CIC
Joseph began his insurance career with Allstate Insurance Co in 2002 as an Exclusive Agency Principal. Joseph joined Professional Insurance Group, LLC in 2008 serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. In 2011, he was also named Managing Partner of Preferred Choice Insurance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Trutela Insurance, LLC. He earned a bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds a General Lines Group 1 License, a General Lines Property & Casualty License, a Risk Management License and as the Certified Insurance Counselor Designation. While away from the office, Joseph spends quality time with Melanie, his wife of 19 years, and their four daughters. He proudly supports his children’s schools, Church, and many not-for-profit organizations.
Jamie Intriago
Jamie joined the Trutela team in early 2019 as an account manager, where her dedication and passion for Trutela’s customers began. Today, Jamie acts as the office manager and focuses on ensuring our team has all of the tools and knowledge needed to assist our clients with any and all of their insurance needs. Jamie is the main point of contact for new commercial customers and aims to ensure your business is covered for anything that may come your way.
Kailee McGlothlin
Kailee is an integral part of our account management team. She strives to meet the needs of our customers quickly and efficiently. No question is too big or too small; each client’s concerns are handled with professionalism and with care. In addition, she will reach out to each and every client prior to each renewal to complete our Annual Policy Renewal (APR) to review coverages, discuss premiums, and answer any questions you may have.
Michelle Serrano
Michelle is our main point of contact at Trutela to help with any need you may have upon becoming a Trutela client. Michelle’s goal with every interaction is to ensure our customer’s needs are met with care, concern, and a sense of urgency. She is here to guide our customers on the appropriate steps in the event that they need policy changes, have billing questions, or need to file a claim.
